Who We Are: Jiangsu Chenjie Daily Chemical Products Co., Ltd. is located in Yangzhou city, the largest toothbrush manufacturing base of China. Keeping in the leading position in the industry over 30 years. We were invited in drafting the national standard of toothbrush manufacturing by China Quality Supervision Bureau. We have accreditations of ISO9001, BRC, BSCI, FDA and other certificates. We mainly provide OEM production and ODM design development for our customers. We have independent mould development workshops, quality testing laboratory and employed professional European designers from Germany. With excellent independent R&D capabilities, we have obtained 37 patent certificates now.

What We Do: Our Factory has imported more than 200 equipments from Germany, Korea and Taiwan. With our self-developed automatic equipments and high production efficiency, our toothbrushes production capacity reaches 500,000 pieces daily and annual production capacity reaches 300 million pieces.

SMART FACTORY • INTELLIGENT WORKSHOP

We have advanced Dust-free GMP standard production workshops. The staff entrances are equipped with intelligent air shower rooms, with strict epoxy sterilization and disinfection production process and good quality management, we pertectly protect your oral health and provide a clean oral environment.

Germany designer, independent mould development workshop help to provide customers with the best confidential service and achieve the one-stop station of design- development- production.

Quality testing laboratory:
In developing new products, we check the quality, performance and endurance and control the quality from beginning.
In production, failures are analyzed in order to identify causes and prevent any occurrences.

Fully automatic production lines with high degree of automation are installed in workshops, including fully automatic injection, bristle planting, blistering etc.

CERTIFICATE

We were invited in drafting the national standard of toothbrush manufacturing by China Quality Supervision Bureau. We have accreditaions of ISO9001, BRC, BSCI, FDA and other certificates. We strictly comply with the ISO9001 quality management system throughout the production process. We have 37 patent certificates, including 33 design patents, 3 utility model patents, and 1 invention patent. Robust R&D strength has enhanced the market competitiveness of your products. Our global customers are mainly from more than 20 countries such as USA, Canada, Germany, UK, Italy and Japan. We have stable cooperation with many international famous brands such as Perrigo, Oral-B, quip, Grin and we also supply products to some international supermarket chains like Costco, Walmart, Target, Woolworth. Some professional oral care companies choose to cooperate with us as well, and we are the nominated supplier of Colgate.
